Car allowance / company car added to UK Tax form.

Great product but it appears to start to erode Married Couples Allowance before it has exhausted PA. Is this a flaw? I can email more detail.

Some of the tax code info out of date eg 20/22% tax rate

As the tax calculator can calculate for years going back to 2003, the basic rate percentage is shown as both the 20% and 22% historic figures. This only shows in the tax code notification box and we will update it to give the exact percentage soon.

the government say that all tax allowance will go up by 1000 but over 65 only 500 why

I'm not sure about the quoted £1,000 increases being across all age bands, but the rates and allowances are the official figures as published by the Treasury and HMRC.
