Impact of loosing tax free allowance for additional tax payers -
Ioana Pereni - 01/11/2024 08:53:39Hi Ioana, if you don't enter a tax code all our tax calculators will automatically reduce/taper the allowance according to tax rules. Is this what you mean? or something different? Let me know, thanks!

Hi, your CGT calculator appies the new rates from April 2025 but 2.48 of the budget report states new rates apply from 30 Oct
Adrian - 31/10/2024 20:13:11Hi Adrian, yes we're working on that - it's a mid-tax year change so difficult to code into our existing calculators during the Budget yesterday - but updates in the works to increase the rate applied based on disposal date. For the meantime, you can estimate using the 2025 tax year selection.

Results on your international comaprison pages are different to on your UK tax calculator page. Why is that?

Your tax calculator does not appear to calculate properly the reduction in personal allowances after £100,000
Stephen - 11/07/2024 19:56:16Please make sure you have not entered a tax code. Tax codes override any calculated adjustments to the personal allowance.
