Fix the Annual Bonus - same result whether zero or not

The Bonus Feature will only show the additional tax due on the amount of bonus you enter. The tax calculation will be made on the annual salary figure. The bonus shows the additional tax due if you receive a bonus. Email me at [email protected] if i've missed something!
