Looking for a new role and want to know exactly what you'll take home? Our job search tool doesn't just list vacancies - it shows you the real salary after tax for every listing, so there are no surprises when your first payslip arrives.

Here's how to get the most out of it.

Step 1: Search for Jobs

Start by entering a location, optional job title, and select a job category. You can filter by location if you'd like to focus on opportunities in a particular area, or enter 'UK' to search across the country. Results are pulled from current UK vacancies, and each listing displays the advertised salary alongside a net pay estimate - calculated automatically using our salary calculator engine. That means you see the headline figure and what actually lands in your bank account, side by side with the difference to your current net take home pay.

Step 2: Explore Salary Insights

We've also provided a set of data-driven insights and tools that go well beyond a simple job listings:

• Salary Prediction - Based on the job title and skills you describe, this estimates the salary we think you could expect.
• Salary Trends - A histogram chart showing how pay for the job title/location/category is currently spread across vacancies over the last twelve months, helping you spot where wages are headed right now.
• Salary Distribution - See a histogram chart of how salaries are spread across all matching listings, from entry-level to top-end, so you know where a particular offer sits in the wider market.
• Summary by Region & Employer - Quickly compare which parts of the country (and which employers) are advertising the most for the roles you're interested in.
